Pure anchovy fish in powdered form without any salt, MSG or preservatives added. Our stock powder has a brothy flavourful taste and packed with nutrients.

  • Anchovies are rich in minerals, vitamins and healthy unsaturated fat.

  • Naturally salty as they are from the sea, thus reducing the need for additional salt in your food.

  • D’Palate broth powder are made of only the fish, so the taste and nutrients are more concentrated than adding in the whole anchovy.

  • Ideal as a baby weaning seasoning as it is all natural.

  • Control the taste of dishes by adding in a spoonful at a time. This prevents over flavouring of dishes and gives you more control of the taste of the dish.

 Chicken meat in powdered form without any salt, MSG or preservatives added. Our stock powder has a brothy flavourful taste and packed with nutrients.

  • Chicken meat is rich in low-fat protein and high in selenium, phosphorus, vitamin B6, and niacin.
  • D’Palate uses a unique cooking formula which minimise the nutrients loss while maximising the umami flavour of the meat.
  • D’Palate broth powder are made from only chicken meat, so the taste and nutrients are more concentrated as compared to adding a piece of meat of the same weight.
  • Ideal as a baby weaning seasoning as it is all natural.
