Delivery Fees
Orders below $50 are subjected to a $6 delivery fee.
Orders above $50 enjoy free delivery.
All items will be delivered by courier to your indicated address, between Monday to Sunday (10am - 7pm). We will contact you beforehand and arrangements can be made to leave it at your doorstep if no one is around to receive the parcel when the deliveryman rings the doorbell.

International Orders


International Order
All international orders will be sent by Air mail Parcel with tracking number. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate during checkout as delivery charges will be calculated during checkout according to the weight and destination.
 
Some countries may levy customs duties or taxes on your package.
Please be aware that all products delivered internationally (outside of Singapore) may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering. These additional cost(s) are not part of the shipping fee the buyer/the receiver pay for during checkout. It is the buyer’s/the receiver’s responsibility to pay for these additional charges in order to receive the shipment.


D’Palate will NOT be held responsible for these fees and these charges are not included in the amount paid to D’Palate. We have no control over whether the receiver/the buyer will be charged on any such fees or taxes, as any international custom tax are infrequent and different from country to country. We mention it here so that the buyer/the receiver should be aware that such fees may be imposed on the purchase. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Packages which are refused by the buyer/the receiver due to taxes, duties or any other reason will be destroyed by the buyer’s/the receivers country’s postal system and will not be returned to D’Palate. There will be no refund for these refused packages.

There is no minimum order.

What are the payment options?
We accept credit card payments on our website, cashier’s order and bank deposits (including PayLah and PayNow).
 
Return/refund policy
If your order is incorrect or damaged when received, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion. For us to process your request, please email to DPalateCS@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of the order with the following details:

  1. Attach a photo of the damaged or incorrect products in the email.
  2. Provide a proof of purchase.
We do not offer a refund if you ordered the wrong items during checkout as this is a food item and we ensure that our customers are not circulated a returned item.
 
All orders are processed automatically through our third party payment processor for which we incur administrative fees. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been processed, any refund may be subject to applicable administrative or processing fees incurred by D’Palate as a result of your order.
 
Order Processing Time
Please allow 7- 10 working days for preparation of the seasoning powder upon payment made as all our items are freshly prepared.
