Spring Onion Ginger Pork

Ingredients:
400g Pork Slices
4 Stalks Spring Onions Cut Into Sections
1 Tablepoon Chinese Cooking Wine
60ml Water

Marinade:
1 Teaspoon Of D'Palate Garlic Powder
5cm Of Minced Bentong Ginger
1 Teaspoon Light Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoon Fish Sauce
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil

 

METHOD
1. Combine marinade and pork slices, leave in fridge for 1hour or more.
2. Heat oil in wok, stir fry ginger for 20 seconds. Add in spring onions and stir fry for 10secs.
3. Add in marinated pork and 60ml and simmer until pork is cooked. Add in Chinese cooking wine during the last 30secs of simmering.
4. Add in more water if you prefer more sauce to go with the dish and season to taste with fish sauce.
