Beef Burger
Ingredients:
300 grams minced beef
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoon of D'Palate Anchovy Powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (skip this if you are making the burger for children below 1 year old)
1 Teaspoon D'Palate Garlic Powder
1 Yellow Onion (Diced)
300 grams minced beef
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoon of D'Palate Anchovy Powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (skip this if you are making the burger for children below 1 year old)
1 Teaspoon D'Palate Garlic Powder
1 Yellow Onion (Diced)
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until all the ingredients are well mixed together.
- Take a handful of the mixture and roll into a ball. Lay the ball down on a baking tray and press down firmly to make a round patty.
- Using your thumb, make a small dent in the middle of the patty.
- Heat up some oil in the frying pan and fry the beef patty until cooked.
I always make a big batch of this and freeze the raw patties on a baking tray. When the patties are all frozen, I will pack them into a container and keep for days when i'm pressed for time to prepare a meal.
